My Rebuttal to Facebook's CEO: 

USA and Global News Reports International Online: 

Facebook's CEO alleges that many people are just attacking Facebook. 

What we must all give deep consideration to is there allegedly seems to exist adequate and sufficient circumstantial prima facie inculpatory evidentiary data and information that tends to suggest and indicate that Facebook's Board of Directors, Corporate Officers, Responsible Managerial Employees, and all other persons so similarly situated who had and presently have officially appointed designated fiduciary lawful and legal obligations to act as agents and Representatives for the incorporated entity know as Facebook failed to exercise due care and due diligence in their respective individual and collective duties owed to safeguard and protect all Facebook Account Holders private confidential data and information that had been entrusted to Facebook. 

Whether or not such data breaches had been unintentional or intentional allegedly seem to constitute an ongoing and continuing pattern of established civil negligent acts. 

Facebook's CEO allegedly seems to have made oral statements before the United States of America's Federal Congress that are directly relevant and pertinent to Facebook's failure to exercise due care and due diligence in efforts to prevent the 2016 meddling allegedly by Russian Nationals in The United States of America's Presidential Election. 

It remains an open question as to whether or not Facebook's Board of Directors and Corporate Officers will psychologically become of age and begin to exercise due care and due diligence in operating Facebook Corporation as a responsible Corporate World Citizen!
